Matt Barrow is Group CEO of Provectus, the UK’s leading employee-owned remediation and enabling works specialist. He has led the evolution of the business into an integrated delivery model, combining remediation, earthworks, and infrastructure solutions. With a strong focus on early engagement and materials reuse, Matt drives practical, delivery-led strategies that reduce cost, programme, and risk. He is committed to building a high-performing, collaborative business that delivers certainty on complex brownfield developments.

Natalie Walker is a Compliance Manager at Provectus, providing regulatory and governance oversight across remediation, soil treatment, and enabling works projects. She works closely with integrated delivery teams to embed robust, practical compliance processes that reduce risk and support certainty of outcome. Natalie specialises in developing consistent, scalable frameworks that align commercial, technical, and regulatory requirements, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance across complex brownfield developments.

Paul Garbett is Finance Director of the Provectus Group. He has extensive experience at senior level within plc’s, privately owned and private equity backed businesses with a focus on construction & contracting organisations. His inclusive and results driven approach has delivered a strong track record of added value within a variety of industries. Paul provides financial, commercial & HR support to all businesses within the group.

Paddy Daly is Health and Safety Manager for Provectus Group. He has been a Contaminated Land professional for over 35 years, a SiLC since 2002 (and subsequently SQP from 2016) and a CL:AIRE QP since 2015. As H&S Manager he is committed to ensuring that the entire workforce buys into the Company’s open H&S culture and feel empowered to; identify and report on any hazards or near misses without fear of retribution; contribute to possible improvements within the Company, and look after their own safety as well as that of others on site.

Lucy Hamilton is Technical Director of Remediation with over 20 years’ experience leading the delivery of complex remediation schemes across the UK. Her expertise encompasses contaminated land assessment, strategic risk management, and the application of both established and innovative remediation solutions. Lucy provides technical leadership and oversees multidisciplinary teams, working closely with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure robust, compliant, and sustainable remediation outcomes.

Nick Daniels is Head of Major Projects at Provectus Group, following a leading the delivery of value engineered solutions across complex infrastructure and development schemes. The Major Projects Division operates through a single, integrated delivery model, covering enabling works, geotechnical ground improvement, brownfield remediation, utilities, groundworks and civils. By engaging early and working collaboratively with stakeholders, designers and infrastructure owners, Nick and his team help prepare sites efficiently for onward construction. This approach delivers safer, more agile and cost effective outcomes, offering a flexible alternative to traditional Tier 1 delivery.

With more than 20 years in the brownfield and remediation industry he has a vast wealth of experience and knowledge in delivering challenging enabling and remediation packages. Mikes passion is his people and strongly believes that success of a business is deeply rooted on the success and development of its people. He is a strong and visible leader instilling the fundamentals of leadership throughout the business to allow his teams to be resilient and deliver success.

Tim is Commercial Manager for Provectus Remediation and joined the company in 2024 with over 35 years of commercial management in civils, remediation and reclamation projects.
Throughout his career, Tim has gained significant experience in the commercial management of an extensive range of brownfield projects and developed core competencies in commercial and operational support. Tim’s knowledge and experience allow proactive positive integration and collaboration with client and partner teams to support and deliver the Provectus strategy to reduce cost, programme and risk.

Tom Harrington is the Business Development Director of Provectus Remediation. He and oversees the tendering, early engagement and technical appraisals of new and existing brownfield and waste management projects. With over 20 years' experience in Brownfield Consultancy and Enabling Works Contracting, he has a deep understanding of in-ground risk mitigation, operational delivery and client expectation. He is committed to provide clear, complaint and considered value engineering approaches, whilst working alongside the Provectus Soils Business, to deliver true customer satisfaction and strong working relationships.

Chris Woods is the Commercial Director for Provectus Soils Management Ltd who are the leading operator of Soil Treatment Facilities (STF’s) in the UK. He has over 15 years of experience specialising in delivering cost effective and compliant solutions for managing surplus and contaminated soils. Chris has a wealth of knowledge both operationally and commercially on STF’s and has been instrumental in helping to develop the Soils business over the past 10 years at Provectus. Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients and providing them with the best possible service has always been Chris’ top priority.

Andy has worked in the environmental sector for 20 years and within the bioremediation industry for over 14 years. He has been directly involved in the development and opening of 5 new soil treatment facilities across England and Wales, as well as assisting in others. During this time, he has helped to manage new treatment operations under several permit variations as well as improve efficiency on existing treatment methods. He currently oversees 3 Soil Treatment Facilities and guides the site teams, encouraging them to think of safe, efficient and compliant solutions to problems together.

Richard Watts is Operations & Quality Director at Envirosafe Testing Limited, with over 25 years’ experience in the asbestos sector. He is responsible for maintaining the company’s UKAS ISO 17025 accreditation and oversees operational delivery, quality systems, and technical compliance. Richard supports complex brownfield and construction projects through robust monitoring strategies that underpin effective risk management and regulatory compliance, ensuring high standards of accuracy, safety, and reliable service delivery.
