Provectus is committed in creating a " Healthier Workforce"
The benefits of health and wellbeing in the workplace. Along with improved productivity, fewer injuries and absenteeism, it creates improved staff morale and staff retention. Provectus is proud that 47% of its workforce has been with the Company 10 years or more, and 58% for 5 years and more.
"Wellness" is an integral part of Provectus's culture. Provectus has a number of health initiatives in place -for example Cycle to work, Office Showers, Employee Assistance Programmes, Family Health Cover.This January as part of it's annual business reviews a number of additional initiatives & promotions to aid health and wellbeing of it's staff were implemented as follows:
- Providing free fruit - this encourages staff to switch from sugary snacks and encourages healthy eating options.
- Health Screening- to encourage staff to take responsibility for their own health.
- Discounted Gym Membership - to promote physical activity and improved lifestyle.
