Provectus Group Ltd History
In the United Kingdom, AIG formed a technical consulting group to meet increasing customer demands for safety, property and commercial aspects of projects to be delivered in parallel with environmental and corporate requirements. To service this need AIG Consultants Ltd was formed in 1991, and shortly thereafter the company launched AIG Engineering Group Ltd and AIG Remediation Ltd.
During, the 1990's the group continued to thrive within Europe and at the time formed part of the AIG UK Ltd. In recognition for the significant successes within Europe in 2004, the former founder and Managing Director of AIG Consultants Ltd became the President of AIG Consultants Inc, responsible for worldwide engineering and loss control operations covering environmental, healthcare, safety, property and crisis management consulting services. Today the technical services group operates within the UK.
In May 2009 AIG Engineering Group Ltd and AIG Remediation Ltd were subject to a Management Buy-Out and became part of Provectus Group Ltd.
