"We have all faced challenging market conditions in recent times, clients and sectorial responses have varied but in general we have seen a slowing in the pace of sites progressing through to development. All elements of the supply chain have been affected but the market may be turning. We have become increasingly busy over the year and continue to assist our clients in managing their way through challenging sites in a very different market. It is nice to know our teams continue to excel -a recent discussion with one of our clients reinforced the fact that the strength and depth of our advice and market knowledge is what continues to make us stand out as a business." - Manjit Kahlon, Group Commercial Director – Provectus Group Ltd
